Default Why do I need new mounts for B series in EG... am I missing something?

OKAY, I'm swapping a B18B1 from an AUTOMATIC 2000 Integra, mated to a 5 speed hydraulic GSR transmission, into a 92 Civic hatch that currently has a DOHC ZC with a 5 speed hydraulic d-series transmission. I thought I had it all sorted. Everything says I need mounts and T bracket from a manual teg. SO that's what I was looking for.

BUT if I go to Hasport or Avid or Innovative they all have mount kits for B series in an EG and all of them say B/D series in EG. They all shopw main DS mount, rear mount, and to ptrans mount. So if my D series mounts are good why can't I just keep the Teggy 3 post and the DS torque and use the mounts I have now on the rear and top trans?

Do I need a different T bracket but I can use the same rear mount? Do I need a different top trans bracket but I can use the same mount?

God that's way more confusing than I intended. I need more coffee.

The only thing you should need it the rear T bracket. Rear mount is the same. I know for a fact the T brackets are different between D (incl dohc zc) and B series.

Use the tranny mount from the 5sp zc engine on the gsr tranny....should work fine.
Same with timing belt mount, should be the same.

You can reuse the Civic driver's side mount if it happens to be the aluminum 3 post version (found stock on '94 - '95 VX/EX/Si only) which it definitely won't be in your case.

The rear mount and upper transmission mounts can both be reused, but the Integra rear mount is stronger. Rear T-bracket needs to come from a '94 - '01 5 speed Integra.
