hey guys i wanted to give everyone a heads up on their warranty. after looking to verify their claim on the wire set boxes, i decided to call NGK directly.

NGK will NOT cover anything beyond 60 days after purchase. i talked to their technical support at:

and the guy there said there is no lifetime warranty. even though the box clearly states lifetime warranty.

so do NOT buy from them if you want a warranty. they are false advertising.
