I have finished my second look over my wiring for this project, and everything looks wired up right yet my left and right turn signals do not work at all.

I used this 91 civic schematic:


which I matched to this GSR schematic:
Within this photo I used the 94 spec pinout.

My confusion lies with the fact that my left and right signals do not work at all, yet they are correct by colour, and as well by the plugs on which the wires were pinned into.

Has anyone come across this before? If the wiring is in itself correct, where else would I look for a fault?
