Default Help! Back to get reamed out again but I need the help..

Ok I'm back but with the motor up and running..

But does not idle.. I have checked all the sensors am fixed the codes
I can't find any vacuum leaks
Checked and rechecked timing at 16deg
The cat is new
Plugs and wires are new
New timing belt
New water pump
Seals from the head gasket up..
Jdm p30 ecu

There is a s300 going in in the next few weeks but still not 100% that will fix my problem

Did you check the idle air adjustment screw? It's the brass screw on the top-front of the throttle body. It should be somewhere around 1 turn out, but maybe more. Start with 2 turns out and lower from there. The more turns out, the higher the idle.

mostly it has head work done
stage 2 street cams
.5mm oversized valves
new valve train, springs, retainers, seals
6 thou milled off head
new head gasket, intake gasket other assorted gaskets
new distributor, alternator
new belts, hoses, plugs, wires
cleaned IACV verified working with DVOM
timing at 16 degrees
computer reflashed p30ecu

have checked all sensors and connections, checked for vacuum leaks

idles between 300 an 500 rpm
no check engine light

the only other issue I seem to be having with the motor is it will not engage vtec ( I believe I am no getting enough oil to the solenoid, but this is a different issue)

You're positive you did your mechanical timing correctly?

did you adjust the idle screw like mentioned above?

do you have anything blocked off, like the brake booster, iacv, fiv, pcv, etc?
