aeromotive fuel filter question what to do with fittings

Default aeromotive fuel filter question what to do with fittings

hey guys i have a aeromotive inline fuel filter.i have the an fttings to go from a 1/2 pipe to -6.what should i tighten it with?do i need o rings?do i just tighten it all the way down till they arew flush?do i teflon it?any help would be great.

use O-ring and teflon tape...to torque the fittings, tightened it hand tight, then do half to a full turn on a vise..

ok thanks so i should have some teflon tape hanginfg out a little right?but if i use the orings the fittings have to be tightened all the way down?
