I've got an 83 Honda Accord 1.8l and I just recently rebuild the carb but now the butterfly valves in the very bottom of the carb will not open. I can use a screw driver to open them manually but it seems like they are sticking, is there some kind of vacuum line or something I could have put on wrong for them not to open when they are supposed to? It will start up fine and will rev up if I keep on the gas but will not idle :/
