no clutch pressue 2001lx
ok I have a stranger problem here and its a long story so thinks in advance if you read it all and reply!
I have a 01 civic lx first off I put new brake pads on the car and 20 miles down the road my brakes went to the floor! I didn't take off any line or anything but figured the car has sat a while and maybe just a freak thing so I bleed the brakes and rebuilt the calipers while I was in there cause they were kinda worn. I wasn't geeting fluid out of one side so my dad though we could bleed them from another valve and I broke the slave cylinder valve loose realizing it wasn't break I closed it immediately.
Now after all this I drove the car and had a knock in my clutch so I figured I got some air in it. I bleed it and bleed it and got nothing. I replace master and slave cylinder and bleed it for a good 2 hours pounding the pedal pumping the slave by hand, gravity feeding, all of that and cant get a lick of pressure to my clutch pedal it just stays on the floor. wont go in gear or nothing. The car had no issues prior to this no slips or grinds or nothing. How did this happen off a brake repair and is this a throwout bearing or something? or is it something simple im missing?
