fuel flood when stop at ligth

Hi guys i have an 2008 lx civic R18 stock engine And im experience Sometimes when i stop at ligths like the car get low rpm (little. near of 500) and when u hit the gas you felt like flood engine, i have checked and replaced, air filter, sparkplugs, new oxygen sensor(the other was bad), even my dealer replace the throttle body due a CEL, i have no CEL.
Any idea of what is happen to my car?

Has the MAF sensor been cleaned?
