whats the different from a d15b1 vs d15b7

whats the different from a d15b1 vs d15b7. The have the same stroke,compression, bore. but the b1 only makes 70hp vs the b7 makes 102hp

b1 has DPFI and b7 has MPFI, there are probably other differences as well but im not 100% sure.
