Does anyone have an image of what gets repaired or replaced for the 13-011 recall, shift interlock?

Looking around mine I am not sure they replaced it. Anyone know if there is a witness mark or color to confirm the new one was installed? Is the correct part number for the '03 Ody 54020-S0X-A53?

Sorry, I wrote shift interlock in my original post.
The issue is ignition interlock, as in the thread subject.

I can still remove my key when the shift lever is in other than park position. That means they either didn't do the work or botched the work?

 

go back to your dealer where they have replaced , and have them look at it

 

I have had the ignition interlock recall done on my 2004 pilot in July 2013 now my key is stuck in between the 1 and 11 position. I had to unhook my battery to prevent the drain from the key in the ignition. Could this be a bad repair job from the recall? I had no problems before. Thanks!
