So this is a little embarressing. Long story short my car would stall out in neutral so I assumed I had to clean the IACV then I decided to clean out everything while I'm at and I herd fuel injector cleaner in the vaccum boost line works but all I had was carb cleaner -.- so with the vehcile running and a friend of mine hitting the throttle I sprayed it in which went fine till the car just stopped and the 4th cylinder flooded w oil.
So after that, I cleaned up the cylinders got new gaskets for the vavle head and spark plugs and then nothing happen. The car now cranks and tried to start but can't. I tested for compression spark and fuel and have everything but fuel. Cleaned out the injectors which were gritty but not clogged.
I can assume my next step should be the fuel pump or filter but I was hoping for some advice before I get too deep into this. Any helpful advice / constructive critisims?

 

Carefully inspect main relay, ignition to see if they're bad.
