155000 on engine. It loses oil but I never see it on the ground but can smell oil while its running. No valve cover leak but oil build up shown directly under distributor. Problem 2) when backing up and turning steering wheel or even on a incline front end squeaks like old steps! Replaced upper control arms n ball joints.

 

if ur seeing oil under ur dizzy, it needs a new O ring. Dizzy needs to be removed and a new O ring installed. be careful when putting the dizzy back on the engine. Dizzy has two "teeth" and they have to slide back onto the camshaft. dont force it, make sure they line up properly.

steering - it sounds like ur lower balljoints are going bad. if this is the culprit get this done as soon as possible. u dont want to be driving down the road and snap one. i snapped one and thank god the car was parked. if i were driving it would have cost me alot more.
