Replacing my CPS

95 accord 4cly automatic.
Got the 44 code from my d4 light which means i need to change my right fuel intake or something like that, correct? how would i go about fixing this, should i bring it to a dealership or will i be able to fix it.
my car feels sluggish when acceleration and vibrates when at stoplights will this fixing the 44 code stop this problem? thank in davance
ps my engine light gave the 17 code which is the vss.

No such code from the TCU. Do you mean code 4?
That's more like it, the VSS is giving you an issue.
