A/C button very dim after LED conversion
I converted all my interior lights to LED. The A/C button is very dim. The LED will light up but it's not strong at all. The mode button lights up perfect.
I've tried 3 different LED's. All work fine in the other slots but not that one. I'm thinking it's not making good contact? I tried using some tinfoil but didn't help conductivity.
Any ideas on how to improve the light?

superbright leds. 5mm.
I bought two of these. They both work on the "Mode" side. They both light up dim on the "A/C" side. Same situation with my blue leds from ledautomotive.

Bumping. Any idea? I tried to put a little tinfoil around the led to see if that would help conductivity. Didn't change anything.
The light will come on for the A/C button but it's real dim. Think it's a problem with the circuit board?

I don't see any reference as to what LEDs you purchased. If you bought the wrong type (in voltage or power draw) then you wouldn't have the proper brightness. Are the bulbs you replaced both identical?

Gotcha, that helps more.
Probably your next easiest test would be to see what power is going to through that socket with a multi-meter to verify you're getting 12V - there could be a bad ground or something to that effect.
