1990 White 4 door Accord - entire paint surface has appearance of an old, cracked painting or spider web. The surface, though, is smooth to the touch. Should I strip the paint to the metal and repaint or is there a product that can restore the finish. Thanks!

 

My roof is the same.... in for answer. I had planned to sand it down until smooth and then primer over the cracked paint, sand again, primre, sand, sand, sand, base, base, base, wet sand, clear, clear, clear, clear, wet sand, wet sand, wet sand, wet sand.



IF I ever get to it. Don't really care that much honestly.
