Default f22b help!!! regarding dizzy wiring / dizzy cap

I have done some research regarding using the internal coil dizzy which i am using from my f22b swap into my 96 accord but am still a little confused.

The car is a 96 accord. It has an external coil. The dizzy im using is from the f22b(sohc) non vtec with internal coil. I understand you have to stretch and wire the 2 sensor wires by the timing belt cover into the distributor. I did that already. I am confused about the black/yellow wire and the blue wire thats coming out of the distributor. Where do those wires go? I am using the 96 accord lx wiring harness. I have read somewhere that i have to splice a two connection plug and a 4 connection plug that i would've used in my external dizzy and wire them to the internal dizzy... I am a dummy when it comes to wiring... please help..

so basically... i have the internal sensors wired up but dont know how to wire anything else up... black/yellow blue wires???? etc...

also my f22b sohc dizzy cap is busted... what usdm cap fits???

you should be using your existing distributor from the old motor and you should be good to go...no changing anything needed
