Default Spark plugs fire late?

Hello, i have a 2002 civic ex. I am having issues starting my car, the fuel is there, cranks over fine, but what i noticed when doing a spark test is that when i start cranking the engine, it turns over about 3 times before the spark plugs fire. I tested all 4 and they all do this. It makes me think that maybe they are not firing at the right time. What could be causing this issue? Thank you

Resistance in your spark plug wire maybe.
Ohm them out.

Does it have a CEL, have you checked the timing belt, the cam, and crank sensors something could be loose? I tried to start it with a loose cam sensor it would spark erratically The coils themselves might be bad, but all 4 at once is unlikely. ECU could be bad as well, although in my experience it still turns on with a fried ECU in limp mode.
