Default d16z6 vitara Ring End gaps. Specs driven Na then turbo????

i currently gapped my vitara pistons 75.5mm/ eagle rod build d16z6 motors to these specs.

Top .016-.017
Second .018-.019
oils about .021-.022?

im planning on running this motor N/A for a while daily. until i get enough for a turbo my setup all pieced out.
im hella nervous out about if this motor will smoke etc...
will this smoke please let me know

i will run it for a while with N/A

will i run into smoking problems with my engine if i run it with these specs?????

i already gapped them to the specs.

i looked the service manual but i kinda went more than the specs..

says top
.006- .0012 service limit .024 i passed the .012 limit will i smoke?

says second
.012- .018 service limit .028 i passed also the .018 will that cause it????

need opinions and specs anyone used on a d16z6....

one of the greatest things about this hobby is the ability to learn patience... if you can just keep saving, and saving, and more saving, run stock until you have the setup of your dreams, it will be worth 10x more than this...

just saying bro..

no it had the turbo on it, but 99% of the time i was driving not in boost, soo...

i went 75.5mm and i think the piston to wall was set at .003. i dont remember much if any piston slap but i always let my cars runs for a minute or 2 before i start driving them, n/a or turbo.

for the record when people first found out about the vitaras they were just running a hone through on stock bore 75mm and putting the piston in. that very often gives large ptw like .006+ as the vitaras were undersized to have the ptw built into the piston.

just go drive it. make sure than you get some heat into the motor while breaking it in. also know that it will be dogshit slow with the low compression and you will likely have to add multiple degrees of timing to help oout with responsiveness

those ring gap specs are perfectly fine. I actually ran larger gaps than that on my first motor which I ran n/a for 10k miles or so before the turbo got added.

just remember, part throttle n/a is nearly identical to part throttle boosted. so if it doesn't smoke while in vacuum with a turbo, why would it smoke in vacuum n/a?
