Default Oem Replacement Rocker Arms

Hey guys.

Im currently refreshing my build, and I have found that my crower stage 3 performance level 5 cams have eaten into my rocker arms.
Im having a hard time finding oem replacement rocker arms (b series vtec (b16b head/pr3)). I don't care if it is an aftermarket set or oem Honda, im just not looking to spend 1700 for the bisimoto set.
If anyone can point me in a direction to find some (website, or some other source) that would be greatly appreciated!

Used oem rockers are the only practical solution. New oem is a fortune and there are not any aftermarket options for direct replacements. Btw, what's a stage 3 level 5 ? Lol

That's pretty funny. According to crower, they recommend the following for these cams:

Extensive cylinder head modification, bigger titanium valves, lightweight valve train, maximum flow carburetion or fuel injection, racing gas (alcohol or nitro), magneto or electronic ignition, performance rod and crank assembly and increased engine clearances are required for maximum benefit.

because its crower, and they generalize everything, typically referring to pushrod motor technology

Yep. That's what typically does this. Change to a different oil.

Royal Purple, Valvoline VR1

the standard RP is a great oil with plenty of zinc additive based on BITOG research.

then if you want to step it up more there is Brad Penn and Joe Gibbs.

thanks guys. im beyond frustrated right now. I ended up missing an entire race season because of the machine shop I went with. but now im just starting fresh and going for the win next season. replacing these rockers which have been wearing for a while is just one step in the process. I just wish my car was on the road. if anyone has a hookup on a bum b16 head (someone who dropped a valve or something) let me know. I just need the rockers

Something to look into is your install height . Make sure your spring is not coil binding we've seen that to be a issues on big lift cams. We had this issue with a custom cam and turned out the customer threw in springs and didn't realized the numbers he was given were based upon a completely different install height vs what his factory setting was.

I know this is a old, However Mobile 1 oil is one of the top shelf oils on the market.!!!! It's not the oil. Stage 3 Camshafts are vert stressful on the valve train period. Excessive cam and rocker wear is going to happen regardless of what oil you use. It's now 2022 and if anyone is looking for new B series rocker arms Skunk2 has them.
