anyone ever shopped with http://www.versusmotorsports.com they have a advertised price up for 395 for 4 peice body kit and cf oem style hood ...too good to be true?

 

$395 sounds cheap. i dunno about versus though?

Carbon Hoods:

All aftermarket hoods will require hood pins, and are for off-road use only. No exceptions.

That sounds weird. I don't know man. I would avoid their company. They say a lot of their stuff is made for offroad use. I don't know if you plan to go offroad in your car or not.

 

I don't think it matters, they all say that to save their *** from getting sued in case someone gets fucked up and then tries to blame the shop that sold to them.

 

1) what they mean by off-road use only is that its for show only, not everyday driving,and its just to save their *** from getting sued.
2)off-topic, i would not trust a body kit and carbon hood for 395. because it will most likely take hella modifications.
i just bought a 4 piece body kit for my teg, for about $515, I had to do a lot of fitting for it, and it didnt come pre-painted, which costed me an extra $200 just for paint, and thats not including getting it professionally done.

That is totally too cheap.

The CF hood will be a bad fiberglass hood with 1-2 layers of carbon over the top to make it look like a "real" CF hood.

The body kit will be chopper-gun fiberglass, which is totally **** and uneven.

I've sold a lot of chopper-gun kits to highschoolers because they want something for $400. They are bad quality, bad fiment, and you can literally see through them!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!
