Default 91 integra B18A

So i have a 91 integra, with the b18a, and its got a massive oil leak and is going to need a timing belt replaced in the near future.... so my question is would it be cheaper to drop in a new motor? or to rebuild and have the timing belt replaced on the one that it has? and where would i go about finding a b18a? i see alot of the b18b, but what about the A?
