NRG Wheel install question. (srs harness)

Got my NRG wheel +quick release installed but I have ONE thing left over so to say. Can I clip it or disconnect it some how it's just hanging here for the moment.

my question being can I snip that black loomed thing going to the srs reel. I have no plans of putting the old wheel on or anything like that.

Bump cmon someone ? this SRS reel looks tacky as hell hanging down from my steering callum.

Unplug it at the yellow plug. It is a pain in the *** to get to but will come out. It will be the same plug you will run a wire to for your horn to be functional. I did do this with my 94 civic so it should be the same for 3rd gen teg.
