2005 honda odyssey power sliding door problem

My 2005 Honda Odyssey passenger side power sliding door is not working. If I reset the battery, it works again for 2 to 4 times, than it does not work again. Any idea what is wrong with the door?

Several possibilities. Most common are worn center rollers binding the door or faulty micro-switches on the latch.

Thanks. When I open the door with the remote key I don't hear anything from the door. Does the faulty actuator could be a problem?
