I recently removed the radio from my Honda Civic EX 4dr 2003, and then the power door locks and power windows stopped working when the car key is in initial and first key turn position. There is also no beeping sound in the initial and first key turn position.

The car is also none responsive to the keyless remote.

Everything works fine in the second key turn position, and when the car is on.

Again, everything worked fine prior to removing the radio.

I have checked all of the fuses, and they are all intacted.

What could this issue be possibly?
What can I do to remedy this myself?
Does a certified honda mechanic need to look at this?
