Being 6'6" and having a 93 civic coupe with a damn sun roof, I don't have any head room and gotta slouch to fit in my car. I have both stock seats and DC integra leather seats. The DC seats surprisingly allow me to sit lower. I saw a few threads with the same question and the only suggestions were to weld it. Any suggestions on fabricating them to sit lower without welding? I can weld, I just don't have access to a welder and don't want to pay a shop.

 

Get some del sol seats, they sit the lowest. Other the cutting a welding, I dont think there is any other options.

 

How much lower are they? 3 inches would be perfect. I'll look into it more though. As for now, I took apart the DC seat. You're right, not much I can do. I cut out some of the foam. It helped about an inch
I'll try the seats with the civic rails and see how that goes next

Perfect. From what I've read through that seems to be the best option so I'll give it a try when I find some
