Default 95 Honda Accord F22b1 2.2 Vtec, need help installing AEM intake

So I'm new to this website so bear with me. I'm putting on a AEM cold air intake on my Accord and I know you don't use the sensor that's on the old intake but there's a hose and a nipple for the old intake. I'm not sure which one to use if I put a hose on the nipple or use that hose and And hook that up to the new intake. There's only one spot on the new intake to put anything. The new intake came with two hoses and one is big and one smaller, not sure what to do with that and I know you're supposed to block something off or block the hoes but I'm not sure which one to block off. and it came with a little foam circular it looks like it goes in a whole or a hose or something. If anyone can give me any information on which hose use it would be appreciated thanks

Next to the valve cover there is a pair of metal vacuum lines that originally connected to the factory intake for PCV intake airflow, and the other was connected to the resonator box assembly 'FIA' control. The smaller of the two gets the foam insert, the larger one connects to the intake tube with the ~3" piece of tubing that comes in the kit.
AEM provides the instructions online if you have lost them.

LOL. Yeah, the foam you curl up and shove it into the line to prevent junk from clogging up the line.
