Default any spring/coilover recommendation??

what is the best spring or coilover for the right price?
any opinions would be great.. H&R heard that they're good. what else??
getting a new job with better pay.. cool!!

Ground Control !!

Figure out what spring rates U want to go with front and back, and they will get them for you with in 10lbs/inch. Also make sure U tell them to valve the Koni shocks to match your new spring rates, or you might have a bouncy ride = bad handaling.

that is for the coilover so what about the springs? any good quality springs? suspension techniques, tokico, neuspeed, maxspeed, H&R ?? with koni shocks.

H&R are good springs for the money.

i am running Eibach pro-kit.. once the springs settled, the car ended up at the perfect height, and it handles great.. no need to adjust them like Ground control... we did use Ground control in the B-16 we built but it was for the track, and used the adjustable coil overs to adjust the cars height when using slicks..
