Default Howl/Whine type noise 07 Element SC

Hello i'm new here and new to Honda's. I recently bought an 07 SC Element with 34k and i have noticed at times...more often than not and i think usually always once its warmed up that while your foot is off the accelerator around 40-60+mpg range a high pitched whine/howl type noise can be heard from what i can only describe as the drivers side area of the vehicle. Probably where the trans is located.

The noise goes away the instant you get back on the accelerator. If you put it in neutral the noise is there. If you shut the vehicle off going down the highway the noise is still there. Its not super super loud but its there and very well could be "normal" for these vehicles. I was actually a Cadillac tech for 7 years so i don't know if its just my "trained ear" kicking in or what but I for sure hear it, my girlfriend claims she cannot. Anyone ever heard of something like this? Any known bearing issues in these vehicles?

Thanks in advance!
Matt
