99 Accord EX Sedan

My front passenger door lock does not work sometimes. I already put in a brand new actuator.
When I go to unlock my car, it doesn't unlock(or lock). Then when I drive somewhere for a little bit, it starts to work like normal(it locks and unlocks with the door switch or remote). I'll park it, and it locks and unlocks like normal. But the next day when I go out to unlock my car with my remote(or door switch), it doesn't work again until I drive around for a little while.

I notice that it'll start working after I have the key on ON for 10-15 minutes, whether I'm driving the car or if the car is on my driveway. I thought it might be a loose connection or something.

The main issue is my front passenger door luck, but sometimes the power windows for this door doesn't work either. Same issue. It doesn't work until I drive around for 10-15 minutes. The door lock issue happens pretty much everyday. And the power window have this issue only 3-4 times a month.
Note this is only for the front passenger door. All the other doors work fine.

Any ideas what could be wrong or what I can check?

Look at the wiring, sounds like its taking a while for power to get to it
