I'm planing on getting a moto bike, once I get the money. I want a crotch rocket for surez. I want your opinions on what you suggest, and what's best and fastest. Preferably not super expensive too.

 

just that part alone tells me you definitely should not get the fastest bike you can afford, as you will not live very long.
it's obviously your first bike. for a first bike you need to get something cheap that you wont mind if it gets banged up a bit, and is NOT very fast, because you'll need to learn everything about riding motorcycles in general before getting anything capable of aggressive driving.

Don't get the fastest bike you can afford. If you want a fast starter bike get a used:

Suzuki SV650
Kwai 500R ninja or 250R
Honda CBR250RR

 

 

I am selling my Aprilia RSV4 R APRC that sniffs a 60 shot of n2o.
It spun the dyno 214.2
That should be enough to beat just about any 600 jixxer
