I was driving my car that has a first gen b16a swap, the speedometer stopped working, driving for a bit with out the odometer, the engine light goes on, I checked my ecu and it was throwing me 1 beep, then 7 fast beep, which I think it's a code 17, how do I fix this and get my speedometer working again?!?!?

So if I have a bad cluster now, do i just replace the cluster? I just recently took mine out and unplugged everything and plugged it back in, I heard it worked on someone, and hope it works for me. P.s I notice the cable not spinning when I jacked up the car and rolled it in gear, the cable located in the cluster area was not spinning at all? Something's not right, any ideas anyone?
If the cable isn't spinning on the cluster side, unplug the cable from the trans and see if the unit in the trans is spinning.

I unplugged the unit in the transmission , and realized the cable has snapped inside of it, the housing for the cable was seized in the transmission, I have to pull it out hard, so what type of speedo can I use as a replacement?
