PFR7G-11 and PFR7G-11S Spark Plugs
Does anyone know if I can use PFR7G-11S plugs in my JDM Type R motor, or only PFR7G-11? According to the JDM B18C factory specs, they use PFR7G-11, and you can still buy them from Acura if you look under 91-94 NSX. Alternatively, you can buy PFR7G-11S plugs from Honda under the S2000.
When googling it, the only difference I found has to do with the addition of a stainless steel washer. I am not sure if this makes it only fit in S2000 motors or not. Please help me out with any relevant information here, I need to make a purchase soon. I just realized that I have been running PFR6G-11 plugs in my JDM B18C motor for the past 30k miles and the JDM specs require a 7 heat range (colder plug). Does anyone know if this will make much of a difference anyway?

Doesn't really help, but thanks for the input. I already know that.
Anyway, I am trying to figure out what the difference is between the -11 and the -11S because they are basically the same specs..

There is no difference in the plug itself. The difference is in the washer included with the plug. The 11S has a stainless steel washer. The 11 was recalled by Honda because it was shown to cause misfires.
Get the 11S.
Get the 11S.
