So I'm doing the power door/lock conversion on my hatch. I know i need the specific years floor harness and door harness. Since I'm doing this I might as well convert the whole hatch into an ex/si meaning changing all the harnesses except the rear end for the tail lights and etc. So I have a couple of questions on the harnesses that I want to clear up since I cant find a solid answer. Can I use the si engine harness and use everything else from an ex? Or do I need to keep it all one model type?

 

Ex engine harness will work in Si Civic, Si harness will work in EX civic. You should be fine because everything meets up at the fusebox underdash.

 

Thanks trying to make sure. Don't want end up getting everything from a 99-00 civic ex other than the engine harness and then not work.
