Default k20/k24 all motor help RELIABLE!

i'm bored right now and i'm thinking about what might the numbers turn out if i do a oem internals k20/k24 with full bolts on, Reliable ALL-MOTOR, NO turbo, please do not suggest a turbo.
parts list:
jet hot ceramic megapower header
full race exhaust
k20z3 head, valves, springs
tsx cams
type-s hytech modded oil pump
tsx k24a2 block
ralco pulleys
rdx injectors
72mm inlet ported rrc
72 outlet/ 81 inlet TL-sh awd tb
thermal intake manifold gasket
thermal tb gasket
3.5 cai w/velocity stack
flashpro

****Advice so far:
add 09 tsx pistons
add z1(a2) valvetrain(dual springs, retainers, seats, seals, keepers)

which cams would you recommend?

any advice or recommendation on extra parts or better parts? trying to keep everything oem.

keep in mind Reliability comes first. this car will see track days and autoX, and probably 2 times at the straight-line playground just to check the time.

thanks ahead for the comments and advice.

If you want reliability out of a k20/24 the first thing you should put on your list is rods. The stock ones are ridiculously soft compared to the B series. You can read about it on k20.org, there's a guy who took the rods to a metallurgist. His response was, "You're not going to race on these... are you?"
The k20/24 sees higher piston speed than most other engines out there. Personally I would drop other bolt-ons to make room for aftermarket rods. A working engine is much faster than a broken one.

You're also going to want a k20a2 oil pump at least. Look into an s2k oil pump.
