Engine fan not working.
I have a 1990 CRX with B18 LS, I have no A/C or P/S. The engine is not getting hot, but the engine fan is not kicking in. Should I be worried. I have not seen the engine fan kick on at all.
Also, dumb question, which way do you turn the idle adjustment screw to make the idle higher.
Please adivse.

Counterclockwise to idle higher.
You would have to check the fan to see if it even works.
Disconnect the fan and wire it directly to the battery. if it spins, then it works.
Next test would be the thermo switch.
On some cars (newer) it's on the thermostat housing

On other cars (older) it's found on the back of the engine by the oil filter - 2 prong green sensor

Disconnect the wires from sensor and put a paperclip in the plug to connect the 2 wires together.
Turn the ignition switch to ON and the fan should run.
Try that out and lets hear about what is going on so we can help you fix it.

Fan switch. If your B18 is a B18a it is in the back of the block and a bitch to get to unless you have small fingers. If you have a B18b it's right on the housing.

Okay I checked the fan, it works fine. I found the green plug in the back of the engine, but I can't seem to find the other part, I checked the whole harness, I do see a green plug plugged in to the Air idle valve. So if I don't have the plug, what should I do, where should I find the wired to plug into that.
I tagged the image incorrectly in the original post.
It shows a link instead of the image.
The 2 prong sensor. Not the green connector.
2 prong sensor should have a large black boot over two wires.

Those are the two wires that you want to connect together with a paperclip and then turn the ignition to ON
