Icon2 2001 Accord LX F23A1 - worth fixing to sell?

Hi,

Would like any opinions on whether this is worth fixing prior to sale. Five speed, 156,000mi/240,000 km. KBB has about $2000 in fair condition.

It needs a new clutch, because the original one is slipping badly. Timing belt and water pump are far overdue. Needs front struts. Needs new tires, but I can install a set of snow tires with little wear. Wheels are gross. It should have a catalytic converter, an upper control arm, plus some other preventative maintenance items. No CELs or other lights, engine burns no oil, no transaxle issues, everything else works well.

Body is in fair condition on a good day, under the right light, and interior is in good condition, except for the carpets.

I could do the work, have my local garage install my RockAuto parts, or some combination of these. I'm leaning toward just selling it as is.

Thoughts? Thanks.

based on your description, it depends whether you want to throw money at it ad get your hands dirty or get another car from the proceeds of the sale that is low on mileage and that requires a little less work. Good Luck!
