Default Please help with b16b!!!!

I have a B16B and won't start i tried jump starting It Still wont start it just try's to turn over once or twice and then stops. So I thought it was the starter took it out and tested it with jumper cables and it works fine but when I but put it back in the car and trying to jump the starter it tries to turn over but will only do it once or twice and after it just clicks as if the starter wasn't Good anymore One more thing the ground to the battery gets really really hot and stars to smoke and when i try starting the car and the car will not even start when we try push starting it. What can it be please anyone

Check all the grounds to make sure they have the same voltage as the battery.
