Finally back in the ITR game again
Hey everyone,
Name is Dave, and I finally found another 98 ITR after a six year ITR hiatus. Previously had a bone stock beautiful CW 98 ITR that I loved; but a fellow co-worker made me an offer I could not refuse. Been kicking myself ever since.
Finally found another CW 98 ITR up in North Carolina, and drive her back to Florida this past weekend. Was a pretty rough trip on bald *** Falken tires and no A/C; but darn glad to have her in my driveway! Poor girl has had a rough life after being stolen twice; but her previous owner put her back together with parts from his wrecked ITR. Thankfully all the body panel VINs match; and not ever wrecked.
Got some work to do; but I do not want a show car, just a fun daily driver. Looking for some parts and will post in WTB; but if you have the complete rear seat belts for sale, let me know. Also looking for a set of the JDM 16" CW wheels. Don't have to be perfect paint.
Thanks

Welcome back man. I too was on hiatus. I sold my CW to pay for college. Now that I graduated and found a good job i'm back in a PY. Feels good. I can thank 99slammedcivic for pestering me into staying where I belong.
Thanks everyone. Good to be back in the fold.
Ya the Superduty is the daily driver right now; but with the cost of diesel it needs to be parked
Honestly I cannot remember if I had a Honda-Tech account. I was busy getting in Grad school at that time, and did not have time for much else.
More pics to come!

I have a set of rear seatbelts from a 2001 ITR I parted out a few years back... $50 if you're interested PM me and I'll go look for them. Your inbox is full database said.
Thanks. Good to be back. Game is quite a bit different than it was when I had my previous ITR as parts are getting hard to find. Drove 2 hours to Orlando to get a back seat and a set of oem side skirts today, and wanted to keep the wife happy by going by the Coach outlet on the way back to Tampa to get a new purse on the way out

So this weekend was pretty busy. Got the back seat and side skirts which I have not had time to put on yet. Did find time to give the caR a good outside scrubbing including claying and polishing the paint. I was worried because the paint was pretty oxidized; but it came out good. Few more coats of polish and she'll be good to go.
So with the lovely Florida weather, and rain every day, and the fact that I could not do the clay and polish outside, I had to get creative and get her into the garage. Problem being that the ski boat and Trans Am are in there, and I do not want either of them to get rained on either, so the caR got wedged in just enough to keep her dry
We just moved into this house a few months ago, and still working out where everything is going in the garage. Side load garages are not as simple to put two cars and a ski boat in.
Well Photobucket is acting up, so I'll try the pics later.

hey, are you in the tampa area? I think I saw you on Dale mabry today going north, looks good, I was in a white vw gti today and didn't take my LS.
Second one I've seen going north past Lutz, saw a PY going up a few weeks ago. The more I see one the more I want to get one or an S2000, but I gotta get another garage before considering one and go to expo in my LS be considering it...
