Default CRX "Clay Bra'd"

New updates on my CRX.
I spent saturday doing the clay bar, Liquid Glass wax treatment. Sunday afternoon I came across the $10 Craigslisting for a CRX Bra, drove the 130 miles RT to pick it up Sunday evening, that was a no brainer.
Monday removed the OEM timing belt and installed Gates T-belt, at 41,025 miles. The original alternator belt was cracked so put a one on as well. Adjusted the valves.
Here is a couple shots of it now clay barred and bra'd

Clouds and a flag pole can be seen reflecting on the hood, which is now just one coat of Liguid Glass. Curing the first coat then will put a few more on. Stuff says the more coats, the better the results.

What does the liquid glass do?
Is it a wax or a maintenance polish that you for upkeep between washes?
Never heard of it!

Liquid Glass is a polish, that produces a clear, hard, smooth and mirror-like finish. This is the first I have ever used it.
Did my research big time on what to put on the rex.

Try yourself some Wolfgang products. The best I have ever used (previously did cut/buff at a body shop). Polishes/sealants usually last longer (3-5 months) and will give you a good shine, if the CRX doesn't see many bad days I would switch to a good carnuba wax, the depth of the shine in color is awesome although it doesn't protect nearly as long (4-6 weeks).

BTW, the CRX is looking real good, do you have anymore pictures?

Took the bra off today to apply second coating of the Liquid Glass.
It is out in the sun, curing now. The stuff says to allow the sun to bake/cure the polish after removal.

Should leave the bra off.
=/

They wear on the paint as dust and such gets trapped under.
The paint also fades inconstantly since the bra protects the front.
