Default Code 9, cyp?

I'm throwing a code 9 for my cyp sensor. I've checked my timing and it is spot on and I have swapped out distributors with a know working one and the code remained. I have checked the wires and the cyp ground and signal both have continuity. Is there anything else that could cause this to happen that I am missing here?

Was looking through my threads and though i would update this. When my friend rebuilt the distributor, the rotating piece on the inside that makes contact with all of the sensors as its rotating was upside down (180* out of sync) so thats what was throwing the code 9. Always make sure you put your **** back together correctly.
