hey guys my girlfriends car was stolen in vancouver this afternoon. 12pm-4pm

I am not 100% sure of the license plate number.
it's a oregon plate with the oregon trail design.

Car was recovered in ne portland.

luckily only the cd deck was taken and nothing else.
