Default Knocking Sound (Fixed)

***UPDATE***

I finally got this fixed. Knocking noise was loose swaybar endlinks. Tightened them up and the noise was gone! Peace and quiet... finally!

So here I am again. I have changed both Lower Control Arm bushings, my transmission mount was busted so I changed that out and I still have this knocking noise that is progressively getting worse.

The sound use to be only when accelerating or stopping, now it is very inconsistent and happens when turning, accelerating, and stopping. It is at its worst when I am turning.

It sounds as if a big rock is in my engine bay that rolls around a few times everytime I turn.

This is an old video of the sound when it wasnt as bad as it is now. I will try and get a more current video but for now this is what I have.

Ignore the squealing noise as I have already gotten that fixed.

Knocking Sounds @ 0:36 0:48 1:14

Please help, I have been chasing this for a long time and I am getting sick of hearing it. Its very loud and sounds really bad.

If you lived by me I'd tell you to bring it over for me to look it over.

Got this fixed so I thought I would report back.

As I said before, squealing noise was the front rotors. Got them resurface awhile back and that solved that noise.

Knocking noise was swaybar endlinks, they were loose. Tightened them up and the noise was gone. I still believe I might need to replace them because now there is a small deep rattle and im pretty sure its the endlinks.

as someone who hates it when guys come on here asking for advice about a problem and then don't return later to tell us what the problem ended up being....I'm just thanking you for coming on and letting us know

this is how we learn

That pisses me off too, you have no idea how many threads I found on knocking noises these past few months only to find that the OP never came back to update their findings.
