Z6 running a little rough?!
Alright did my swap on my crx to the z6.
-used the obd0 to obd1 conversion harness from RYwire.
-changed dizzy back to the d16a6 dizzy and the a6 ecu.
Came to find out the z6 dizzy was bad, would not send any spark out, causing my car not to run.
Changed back to the a6 dizzy, now runs a little better, but at times can't get up to full speed, or speed up when hitting the throttle.
What could be the issue?
Any ideas?

A6 with A6 ECU will never get your Z6 to run right.
No vtec so you are on the small lobes always. High RPM will suffer greatly.
A6 with Z6 ECU?
Wont run right. Wrong distributor so the ECU won't be getting the proper sensor readings.

What crx?
Did you do the dual point to multi point conversion? (dont know if thats even needed
)
Have you checked timing?
Fuel pressure?
Any cels?
Last basic tune-up?

No a6 dizzy and a6 ecu. Vtec is not wired up anyways.
It's a 91 SI MPFI.
Timing is dead on.
Fuel pressure is good
Had a cel but it goes on and off various times
Just a tune up with the new motor

Legitimate question, you actually have enough range of motion on that distributor on that head to obtain correct ignition timing?
Aside from that, CEL is the first thing you should be diagnosing. Other than that, I'm with "4drEF" and his response. That just may be the way it runs since it's not using it's intended ECU/distributor combo.

More than likely they are stored.
Doubt it will fix your problem - not going to run right after 5000 RPM.
