Icon2 Help Read Bad Spark Plug! (With Pictures)

I got a misfire code a little while ago, replaced my plugs...and a few weeks later the code returned, and "fouled" my injector pretty bad compared to the others...(only 500 or so miles on plugs)

I replaced all ignition parts (cap, rotor, wires,) and the fuel filter...

My guess is it is not getting any fuel,(or too much fuel) and that is what is hurting the plug...

Car is 200 civic EX with 70k on motor...and 250k on chassis
Any ideas?!

Thanks

There's residue build-up on that plug. The rest of it looks ok, though. Do a compression test across the cylinders, post the results.

Except the fact that both points are still fully intact, and the insulator isn't damaged...

That plug is either ash fouled, or oil fouled. No sign of detonation on it. Not even a crack in the insulator.

Hmmm....

Year it looks a little like "splash fouled", it is not on the picture but there are a few red "splashes" on insulator.

The d16 has the oil breather right above cyl 1-2. I just cleaned my breatger box (it was a mess) and there was lots of carbon chunks (little black specs) and I checked the hose today, it was also full of the little chunks (and some oil).

I have installed an oil catch can and switched the injectors. Hopefully this has fixed the problem.

(Picture of oil line in intake is on the top right) not my car but would be glad to show my catch setup if anyone wants to.

Any thoughts on fuel?! Lack or excess of fuel causing the problem?!

How about a bad gasket? (Intake/ exhaust, head) :/

Thanks!!
