Default B16 civic sudden bog issues

I have searched everywhere for a couple days and cant really find anything unique to my situation.
I have a b16 swapped EF. It has ran perfect forever and now all the sudden I was driving on a trip and when I came to a light I felt some slight missing.

When I finally got it parked I noticed if I go wot from neutral it bogs down hard and sometimes stalls. but during driving it runs and pulls fine until Im in neutral or first gear.

spark plugs are new. Oxygen sensors I believe are good. Cap and rotor upon visual inspection look good. wires are fairly new. And I checked to make sure the crank to cam gear timing was aligned. any ideas?? Thanks a lot!

Old fuel filter?

Maybe your TPS needs replacing, or to be recalibrated.

fuel pump is a walbro and I can here it churning so I dont think thats it. fuel filter could probably use replacing but would that cause stumbling throughout the whole driving range?

if its clogged it could cause a issue any time if you are unsure on the last time it was replaced then I would definitely go ahead and replace it you will only be helping it either way. Do you have a fuel pressures gauge installed?

if i were to guess Id say fuel filter is around 30k miles. I have an adjustable fpr with a gauge but the guage needle got messed up from bumpy roads so I dont think its accurate. I went to mess with the car today and it will drive but if I tap the gas from neutral or first it bogs hard then catches up.

idles perfect at 750rpm and highway speeds are fine.

maybe distributor is dying?

I hate to sound like a noob, but WTH is a dizzy? Distributor? I'm having a similar problem with the B16 swapped EG I just picked up. Found a screwy TPS, replaced that but still have the bog at WOT.

Yes, dizzy is short for distributor. If you've done all the tune-up stuff it could be the ignition coil. I had one test good on the meter and it was still bad. Did you calibrate the new TPS?

Yes..55v at closed an 4.55v at wot. The engine was swapped in about 10,000 miles ago. Hsvent done the tune up stuff because that's new. The coil I can believe. I'll check that out.
