CRX oem radiator ATF cooler fittings ???
Hi all, ive got a substantial ATF leak from one of my fittings that go into the radiator on my 89 DX. Before I go replacing the entire radiator I got to thinking, I may just be able to replace the fitting. Ive got no idea if its possible, but can I remove the oem radiators atf cooler fittings so I can install some plumbers tape and re-install ?? Im trying to save myself from buying a new radiator. Thanks !

pictures i've seen online suggest that you can. i know on the DA radiator i had, they were welded on. your radiator may have removable. only way to be sure is to take a look
I ended up removing them , found that the fitting they screwed into was stripped. Ive got it nearly leaky free for now but with stripped fittings it wont last long. IVe got an ebay radiator on the way, just cant find anywhere that sells these fittings seperately.
Ive got it leak free for now, but prefer to fix things the right way. dont want to be left stranded with a blown tranny because I cheaped out on some $10 fittings. Just cant find anywhere to buy the damn things separate of the radiator
