I just bought a jdm blue honda emblem and im wondering how do you install it to an aftermarket grille i have a type r grill on my civic ex coupe

 

Get creative or get a real grill.

Are you sure it's genuine and not a "Type R style" one off of Ebay? Is the emblem genuine or is it a "JDM" or "JDM style" one off of Ebay?

 

If its anything like the em1 there's a back piece that the emblem goes into first and the whole piece then screws into the grill.

 

never mind i dont have the back piece my cousin explained it to me he was the one that got me the grille instead i put it on the hood

All I did was put a plate on behind it with 2 bolts here's mine....and yes its a b16b type r

Then it wasn't real. Neither is that grill if your friend got both of them. I'm sorry, let me say that they weren't authentic as they are real in the sense that they exist and you can touch them.

 

Uh, stick-on or not, it's BLUE. Honda OEM emblems don't come in blue. Red, silver, black, and gold.

Any vouge silver metallic or heathermist silver (dont know the color of your car exactly) non-LX grill would look so much better than sticking a fake *** emblem on the hood where it doesnt belong.

lol @ angrysmileyface dude i aint tryin to be a ricer i never knew that jdm emblems never came in blue and plus i wanted to get something blue on the car and honestly i love the way it looks plus if i was i woulda had a body kit set nd a fart can on it and @ juggernaut-ctr dude i dont even know exactly what silver it is but eventually i want to paint it blue but im getting a mugen lip on it
