My brother has an old EF hatch in his yard that i raped a bunch of parts off of. It was caged and fully stripped with a lot of aftermarket parts...

the rear sway bar on it is 22mm and has the same shape and fit as OEM Si/DA rear bar. I THOUGHT it was an ITR bar, but after looking at a lot of pics, the ITR bar has a totally different shape.

it leads me to believe it's a mugen bar.

mine has a hint of what looks like OEM green spray line around it at one point. I can't figure out what it is. It's installed, i just want to know!

 

if it fits exactly like a Si sway bar and is 22mm, then its a mugen. it cant be anything else.

and btw, DA rear sway bar is not exactly the same as an EF. its just slightly off.

 

Tyson, I was secretly hoping for a reply from you. I saw through my searching that you purchased a Mugen bar off a member a few years ago. Did your mugen bar have a ring of light green paint on it? Sure looks and fits like an OEM piece.

sure not an ES 22mm rear sway with oem endlinks? the green you're speaking of has me guessing this

Definitely not an ES bar. It has the OEM style round ends where the endlinks mount, it had OEM endlinks and used the OEM Si brackets.

I'm sticking with it being mugen. i've never had a mugen product, and for some reason, i like saying i do. that ES bar is green with envy.
