can anyone tell why Honda is not starting I thought it was starter so I replaced the starter with new one .had the old one tested to make sure it was bad it was bad .put new one in an still not cranking tested all fuses to make everything was getting power .even tried to boost it with my suv still nothing .when I turn the key there is no click no sound at all someone please tell me what could be wrong with my 92 Honda accord lx

 

A few things....auto or manual trans?

Next, check for voltage to the small wire on the starter when someone tries to start the car.....what is the reading?
