Default 1992 Accord Brake issues

I have replaced the master cylinder on my 1992 Accord. I have primed it until no air in the master cylinder. When I install into the car I get one squirt of brake fluid and that is all. When I pump the brake pedal I get no pressure. I remove the brake lines and press the brake pedal I get no brake fluid from master cylinder. With the cylinder out I press the brake pedal and the rod moves from the booster. I am not sure what is wrong. Please help.

You shouldn't have not remove the brake line and press the brake. Now there's more air in the system.

Bench bleed the MC again, install it in the car then bleed the system starting with the furthest caliper.
